Data Controller

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by RAAISEL Bridal (İstanbul 34408, Türkiye; cagiz1805@gmail.com; +90 532 789 18 05), as data controller, to inform visitors and customers of raaisel.com.

Personal Data We Process

Identity and contact: name, surname, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address.
Order data: items ordered, amounts, order history, correspondence.
Measurements and preferences: bust, waist, hips, shoulder drop, hip drop, total height, heel height and personal design requests.
Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, cookie data.
Payment: Card details are processed by iyzico with 3D Secure; we never see or store your card details. We receive only the payment result and a transaction reference.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Taking your order, producing it to your measurements, delivery, returns and customer service: performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Invoicing, accounting, consumer-law obligations and requests from authorities: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 5/2-e).
Website security, fraud prevention and service improvement: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
Newsletters and promotions, and analytics/marketing cookies: only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.

How We Collect Data

We collect data electronically through order and contact forms on our website, e-mail, phone and messaging channels, and cookies.

Sharing

We share data only as needed for the purposes above with:

Carriers: name, address and phone for delivery.
iyzico: for payments and refunds.
Shopify: for hosting our website and order system.
Competent public authorities: where required by law.

Because Shopify's servers are located outside Türkiye and international carriers are used for orders abroad, your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are made in line with the safeguards in Article 9 of KVKK (standard contracts, occasional transfers necessary to perform the contract, or explicit consent).

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law (for example, 10 years for commercial books and records), after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Our store runs on the Shopify platform and uses the following cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies: required for the cart, checkout, sessions and security; these cannot be switched off.
Preference cookies: remember choices such as language and currency.
Analytics and marketing cookies: help us measure site use and improve your experience; used only if you accept them via our cookie banner.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed and request information about it;
To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred;
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met, and to have these actions notified to recipients;
To object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis;
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
