Made to order
Each gown is created individually. Production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks once the order details are confirmed. Intricate customizations and atelier scheduling can affect the timeline.
Worldwide delivery
RAAISEL is preparing international shipping to supported destinations. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout when supported. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 4–7 days, depending on the destination and courier. Customs checks, local holidays and carrier delays may extend transit times; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Size and fit
Please review the size information on the individual product page before ordering. If your design requires measurements, follow the instructions at checkout. Contact our atelier before placing your order if you need guidance or have questions about fit.
Custom requests
Interested in a personal adjustment or a custom bridal design? Please share your preferred style, wedding date and location with the atelier before placing your order. We will discuss what is possible and any impact on timing.
International orders
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These are determined by local authorities and can vary by destination.
