Are your wedding dresses made to order?
Yes. RAAISEL gowns are crafted to order at our Istanbul atelier. Please review each product's details and size information before purchasing.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks once the order details are confirmed. A custom design or intricate adjustment may require additional time.
Do you ship internationally?
RAAISEL plans international delivery. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout once the destination is supported. After dispatch, transit is typically estimated at 4–7 days, although customs and carrier delays can occur.
What if I need help with measurements?
You can share your measurements when ordering or follow up with the atelier soon after purchase. We will confirm the details required for production. If you are unsure how to measure, please contact us before finalizing your order.
Can I request a customization?
We welcome enquiries about personalized details. Please contact the atelier before placing an order so we can discuss feasibility, price and lead time.
Will there be customs duties or import taxes?
Import duties, taxes or local customs charges may apply depending on the delivery country. Their amount and collection depend on local regulations and shipping arrangements.
