Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the Buyer before the Distance Sales Agreement is concluded.

The Buyer's name, delivery and billing address, phone number and e-mail are those entered by the Buyer at checkout.

3. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The product type, model, quantity and options are shown in the order summary at checkout. RAAISEL Bridal products (wedding gowns, bridal minis, separates and accessories) are made to order in our Istanbul atelier according to the Buyer's body measurements (bust, waist, hips, shoulder drop, hip drop, total height, heel height) and personal requests. Due to handcraft, slight variations in colour and texture from images may occur.

4. Price and Payment

  • The sale price including taxes, any shipping cost and the total amount are shown in the order summary. Prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is taken in full by Visa or Mastercard through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
  • If your card is in another currency, any exchange rate and fees applied by your bank are borne by you. For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are borne by the Buyer.
  • By confirming the order, you accept an obligation to pay.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Measurements may be sent within 2 days after ordering; the atelier confirms them with the Buyer before production.
  • Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks from confirmation of order details. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 days depending on the country and carrier.
  • As the product is prepared to your personal needs, the total time may exceed 30 days; by confirming the order you accept this period.
  • Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to customs and carrier delays.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. Because your item is made specifically for you, you have no right of withdrawal for this order.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge by e-mailing cagiz1805@gmail.com before your measurements are confirmed and cutting begins; the full amount paid will be refunded. Cancellation is not possible once production has started.

8. Defective Products and Statutory Rights

If the product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, please notify us with photos within 14 days of delivery; this does not limit your statutory rights. Where a defect is confirmed, you may choose, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, free repair, replacement with a non-defective item, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. 9. Complaints and Disputes

You may send complaints to the Seller using the contact details above. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and before the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Confirmation

The Buyer confirms having read this Preliminary Information Form, having been informed electronically of the product's essential characteristics, price, payment and delivery terms and the absence of a right of withdrawal, and having placed the order on that basis. This form and the order details are sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
