Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website at https://raaisel.com (the Site). The Site is operated by RAAISEL Bridal, a designer-led bridal atelier founded in Istanbul by designer Gizem Öksüz. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Purchases are also governed by our Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the contract terms that comply with consumer law prevail.

Products and Made-to-Order Production

The wedding gowns, bridal minis, separates and accessories on the Site are made to order in our atelier according to the customer's body measurements and personal requests.
Product images are for illustration. Due to handcraft, made-to-order production, screen settings and fabric batches, slight variations in colour and texture may occur; these do not change the essential characteristics of the item.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements. Our atelier confirms measurements with the customer before production.

Prices and Payment

Prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars (USD). The total order amount is shown in the order summary at checkout.
Payments are processed through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Card details are not stored by RAAISEL Bridal.
If your card is in another currency, any exchange rate and fees applied by your bank are your responsibility.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we will inform you about any paid order; at your request the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

Orders and Formation of Contract

A contract is formed when you electronically approve the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement and complete payment. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Acceptable Use

The Site must be used for lawful purposes only. Any action that disrupts the Site, compromises its security or infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering is accurate and up to date.
Where misuse or fraud is suspected, RAAISEL Bridal may suspend or decline an order; any payment received will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, photographs, text, logos and the "RAAISEL" name, belongs to RAAISEL Bridal or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, used commercially or imitated without prior written permission.

Liability

RAAISEL Bridal takes reasonable care to keep the Site available and error-free, but is not liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure providers, internet connectivity or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites such as carrier tracking and payment pages. Those parties are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.

Changes

RAAISEL Bridal may update these terms. The current version takes effect when published on this page; orders already placed remain subject to the terms approved at the time of ordering.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits. Consumers residing outside Türkiye retain any mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence.
