Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

Seller: RAAISEL Bridal | Address: İstanbul 34408, Türkiye | Phone: +90 532 789 18 05 | E-mail: cagiz1805@gmail.com | Website: https://raaisel.com

Buyer: The person placing an order on raaisel.com. The Buyer's name, delivery and billing address, phone number and e-mail are those entered by the Buyer at checkout.

Article 2 – Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website, as described below.

Article 3 – Product, Price and Payment

  • The product type, model, quantity, any options, sale price including taxes, shipping cost and total amount are as shown in the order summary at checkout at the moment the order is placed, and form an integral part of this Agreement.
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
  • If the card is in another currency, any exchange rate and fees applied by the bank are borne by the Buyer.

Article 4 – Made-to-Order Production

  • The product is made in the Seller's Istanbul atelier according to the Buyer's body measurements (bust, waist, hips, shoulder drop, hip drop, total height, heel height) and personal requests.
  • The Buyer may send measurements within 2 days after ordering. The Seller confirms the measurements and order details with the Buyer before production. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.

Article 5 – Delivery

  • The product is shipped to the delivery address given by the Buyer in the order summary.
  • Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks from confirmation of order details; after dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 days depending on the country and carrier. As the product is prepared to the Buyer's personal needs, the Buyer confirms having been informed that this period may exceed 30 days, and accepts it.
  • Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to customs procedures and carrier delays. Customs duties and import taxes that may apply abroad are borne by the Buyer.
  • The Seller is responsible for loss or damage occurring before the product is delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.
  • If performance becomes impossible, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 3 days of learning of this and refund all payments within 14 days.

Article 6 – Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. Because the product is made specifically for the Buyer, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal. The Buyer acknowledges having been informed of this before ordering.

Article 7 – Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel the order free of charge by notifying cagiz1805@gmail.com before the measurements are confirmed by the Seller and cutting begins; the full amount paid is then refunded. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Article 8 – Defective or Non-Conforming Products

  • If the product is defective, damaged or does not match the order, the Buyer is asked to notify the Seller with photos within 14 days of delivery. This does not limit the statutory periods under Article 12 of Law No. 6502.
  • Where a defect is confirmed, the Buyer may choose, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, free repair, replacement with a non-defective item, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. Related shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
  • Fit issues resulting from measurements provided by the Buyer, where the product was made in accordance with them, are not defects.
  • Refunds are made to the card used for payment via iyzico, typically within 14 days; posting time depends on the bank.

Article 9 – Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 – Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits. Applications may also be filed via e-Devlet.

Article 11 – Entry into Force

The Buyer confirms having read and understood the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement and having approved them electronically at checkout. This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval and completion of payment. A copy of the Agreement and order details is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address and retained by the Seller.
