Made-to-Order Process

RAAISEL Bridal pieces are not shipped from stock; each one is sewn to order in our Istanbul atelier according to your personal measurements. Delivery time therefore consists of production time plus shipping time.

Measurements: You may send us your body measurements (bust, waist, hips, shoulder drop, hip drop, total height, heel height) and personal requests within 2 days after ordering.
Confirmation: Our atelier confirms your measurements and order details with you before production begins.
Production: Approximately 3–4 weeks from confirmation of your order details.
Shipping: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 days depending on the destination country and carrier.

Because items are prepared to your personal needs, the total time above, which may exceed the general 30-day delivery period under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, is disclosed to you and submitted for your approval before you place your order. We recommend ordering well ahead of your wedding date.

Where We Ship

We ship within Türkiye and internationally. Your order is sent by our partner carriers to the delivery address you provide at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping cost is shown separately in the order summary at checkout and included in the total. No shipping charge is collected beyond the amount shown to you before payment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or similar charges may apply under the laws of the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Any additional costs arising from a shipment refused or left uncollected because such charges were not paid are borne by the buyer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your e-mail address so you can follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

Delays

All times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or force majeure; exact delivery dates therefore cannot be guaranteed. If we anticipate a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

On Delivery

Please check the outer packaging when receiving your parcel. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record the damage and notify us with photos within 14 days. See our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Address Details

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delays and extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are borne by the buyer. To change your address, contact us before your order is dispatched.
